H.324 :New communications standard for sharing video, voice and data over a single analog telephone line also know as PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) or POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service)
ITU standard H.324 phone can communicate with any other H.324 station.
All modems support Internet (H.323) video calls, but only modems that support both the V.80 and V.8 - V.8bis specifications can make H.324 video calls. This is a synchronous modem standard that is above V.34 and V.21 modem standards
